  • Yearly Water to home

  • Access to Drop garbage at Clubhouse Dumpster

  • Use of Clubhouse between 8am and 10pm 

  • Use of Heated Indoor Pool (When Open)

  • Access to Lake Wallenpaupack via our docks and boat ramp

  • Use of Registered MRV.

Capitol Improvement Fee

The LWEPOA has a Capitol Improvement Fee. This is a one time transfer fee due at closing to the LWEPOA.

Resale certificate

 

THE LWEPOA  REQUIRES THE PURCHASE OF A RESALE CERTIFICATE AND WAIVER OF RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL WHEN YOU HAVE A BUYER. THE ACT 180 LAW  GOVERNING THE C.I.F. ALLOWS US TO DO SO. IN ORDER TO OBTAIN A RESALE CERTIFICATE, A REQUEST FOR RESALE MUST BE FILLED OUT AND RETURNED TO THE ASSOCIATION OFFICE. ONCE THE REQUEST HAS BEEN RECEIVED, AND THE $75.00 FEE PAID, THE ASSOCIATION OFFICE HAS A TEN DAY PERIOD IN WHICH TO COMPLETE THE CERTIFICATE.

When you purchase property in Lake Wallenpaupack Estates,  stop in to the office or email lwepoa@ptd.net.  The Association needs two documents.  (1) A copy of your deed. It does not have to be a recorded copy.  (2)  LWE's "Welcome Letter".  Owners are required to read and sign the Welcome Letter within ten days of purchase.  It is available in person and by email.
