When you are buying any property in Lake Wallenpaupack Estates, please visit the LWEPOA Office ASAP on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM with the following completed documents. Copy of Your Deed

 

When you purchase property in Lake Wallenpaupack Estates, please bring a copy of your deed into the office. It does not have to be a recorded copy.

Waiver of Right of First Refusal (Filled out by the seller)

 

Schedule of Fines For Violations of Rules & Regulations

 

Clubhouse & Pool Use Rules, Regulations & Fines List

 

Copy of the Budget (Previous & Current Year)

 

Budget vs Actual Finance Statement (Current Year)

 

Balance Sheet
